Institutional Capital Program
Capital that lets your enterprise grow — without the stress
Structured facilities for qualified companies: transparent terms, Swiss oversight, and a guided path from application to repayment — not consumer credit, not fundraising chaos.
Why enterprises choose Capital Access
A disciplined gateway between qualified companies and mandate-aligned capital — clarity first.
Mandate-aligned pools
Partially disclosed sovereign-grade pools matched to sector and region — not a black-box auction.
Terms you can plan around
Define amount, term, and monthly or annual interest over 1–10 years with live calculations.
Built for operating companies
For established enterprises with audited or reviewed financials and a clear investment thesis.
Process without surprise
10% cash collateral, full KYC/UBO look-through, and discretionary approval under Swiss AML standards.
Who can apply
- Enterprises worldwide may apply. Vault membership is by invitation; Capital Access is open to qualified companies.
- This is not a personal or consumer loan. The applicant must be an operating company.
- Minimum request USD 500,000; two years of operating history; audited or reviewed financials.
- Full KYC, beneficial-ownership look-through, and sanctions screening under Swiss AML rules.
- Comprehensively sanctioned persons and jurisdictions cannot be onboarded. Approval is always discretionary.
- Facilities are denominated in USD. If your operating cash flow is in another currency, you accept foreign-exchange risk.
How it works
Prepare your file
Confirm eligibility (enterprise, USD 500,000+, two years of operations). Gather local-register extracts, audited accounts, and beneficial-owner details. Local equivalents and certified translations are accepted.
Register and apply
Create your enterprise account from anywhere in the world, choose a capital pool, and structure amount, term, and repayment.
Submit company and UBO profile
Provide incorporation and operating countries, financials, authorised signatory, and accept the 10% security deposit condition.
Institutional review
SBDV reviews documents, beneficial owners, and mandate alignment. Approval is discretionary and is not a commitment until issued.
Security deposit and origin of funds
After approval, accept the Facility Terms, wire the 10% cash collateral, and declare the source of those funds.
KYC and sanctions screening
Swiss AML screening of the company, signatories, and ultimate beneficial owners. High-risk jurisdictions receive enhanced due diligence.
Disbursement and repayment
Submit a bank account in the borrower’s name (SWIFT plus IBAN or local account number). Funds are released in USD; repay on the schedule in your dashboard.
Indicative timeline
Times are typical, not a commitment. Incomplete files or enhanced due diligence take longer.
