Swiss Bullion Depository Vault (SBDV) complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) when processing personal data of clients worldwide.
SBDV is the controller of personal data collected through this website, the client portal, and the Capital Access program. We collect identity, contact, company, beneficial-ownership, and banking data solely to provide vault custody, membership, and capital facilities, to meet Swiss anti-money-laundering duties, and to communicate with you.
Data is stored securely, accessed by authorised staff and regulated banking or compliance partners who need it to perform the service, and is not sold. Cross-border processors (for example hosting or email) may be used under confidentiality and security safeguards.
We retain application and KYC records for as long as required by Swiss financial-crime and contractual rules, then delete or anonymise them. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to those legal retention duties, by contacting our data protection officer via the Contact page.
