These terms govern your use of the SBDV website, portals, and public application channels.
By using SBDV services you agree to Swiss know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering screening. Vault custody, investment advisory, and portfolio management are provided under separate agreements. Capital Access facilities are governed by the Facility Terms and Conditions, not by these website terms.
Enterprises worldwide may apply for Capital Access. Applying is not a commitment to lend and is not a retail consumer loan or a public securities offering. SBDV may modify website services with appropriate notice.
